Hi there, I’m Rachel, Founder of Birds & Wild.

I started Birds & Wild as an online article hub for backyard birding and wildlife watching.

I love watching and learning about all the different birds and wildlife that visit my backyard. And so Birds & Wild was created to help me have a place to share all the knowledge of wildlife watching I’ve gained over the years.

I love nothing more than to write these guides for you while sitting in my backyard and soaking in the sights and sounds of all the wonderful local wildlife.
